Strengths VS Weaknesses
Friday, August 31st, 2007Probably, this is interesting to spend few time and thinking about our focuses in daily routine. Is it our strengths or the opposite is true?, if we often reluctant to do a presentation for instance under the reason, oh i am afraid to make a mistake, i am not that good in front of people and other reasons. See i think you already have a clue on this person’s focus, yups he/she focuses on his/her weaknesses. Everybody makes mistake though.
This absolutely fine, i often trap into that feeling as well, and it is killing me. From the authors of famous books such as "don’t be sad" or La Tahzan Dr Aidh Al-Qarni, then Buckinham and Clifton which are the authors of "Now discover your Strengths", also from Tal Ben Shahar new book "Happier",,all seems to agree on one word, which let’s change our habits to concentrate more on our strengths.
What is the results then? well i am myself still hardly ever merely focus on this, but those great authors of self help books really inspiring, let’s gradually improve our strengths, steps by steps up to we realize it is much more positive for ourselves development.
It is difficult, but it is not impossible indeed. Let’s do it together guys.
